Personal:

Technical:
1. Well versed with MVC/Web2.0 based application development
2. Have used Web services/XML/Java POJO
3. Have integrated charting/plotting API
4. Knowledge of User Management, ACL, Workflow, Charting , Data Export API's

1. Product Development   up

Java experts with product development experience of minimum 3+ yrs.Web Services & XML integration knowledge is a must. Keen interest in Cloud based application development, deployment & management. Quick learner & innovator with previous startup experience a plus. Rush in your resume if you have exceptional product consulting & development expertise with below skills:

Technical:
1. Java/XML/Web services based product development experience.
2. OOPS expertise with Java networking API
3. Knowledge of Java based Template Engine for GUI development a plus
4. Open source API integration experience ex. Apache
5. Protocol level hands on skills with exceptional coding skills in Workflow, Reporting, networking, ACL modules
6. Experience with Network Management Products & Networking protocols a plus.
7. MVC knowledge with AJAX API's

2. System/Network Administrators up

System/OS/networking experts with minimum 3+yrs of hands on management, troubleshooting & configuration experience. Strong system installation & upgrade skills using industry standard tools & scripts. Should have prior experienc in managing Application servers, DNS servers, Email Server, Database servers on *NIX as well as Win2k OS. Strong OS level debugging & troubleshooting skills. Technical:
1. Well versed with Network/System management tools
2. Knowledge of writing shell scripts & cron jobs
3. *NIX/Win2K Server OS installation experience
