Vinod Shintre, Founder

As a Founder, CEO and Architect, Attribo, India, Vinod oversees all functions based and delivered out of India, such as product engineering, professional services and product support. He also focuses on areas such as customer satisfaction in addition to spearheading attribo's sales and marketing worldwide. He brings more than 14+ years of leadership experience in enterprise applications, infrastructure software, technical services and global business operations. Vinod is responsible for service strategy, development, and worldwide sales & operations of the Attribo Service suite.

He worked in Silicon Valley in engineering roles at numerous startups & has extensive experience in product architecture and development, and brings design, process and people management skills along with his neverending zest as an entrepreneur.He has good experience working for startup's and team building initiatives both in local Indian as well as US markets.

Vinod holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics from National Institute of Engineering,University of Mysore,India. 1992-1996

Srivibhavan Balaram, Co-Founder

As a Co-Founder, Director Business Development, Attribo, India Vibhav spearheads Attribo's business focus & market alignment & is responsible for partnerships & alliances in targeted market segments. Vibhav brings more than 25 yrs of exceptional business & technology management expertise at Fortune500 across the world & has worked in companies like SAP (VP & Head IDC), Business Objects (Founder member in India, VP & Head IDC), HP R&D, Novell R&D (founder member in India) and TCS.

Prior to joining Attribo Vibhav was Sr VP, Technology Development at Symphony Services a leading global specialist providing software product engineering outsourcing services. His experience in product development and engineering leadership covers areas of networking protocols, operating systems, device drivers, virtualization infrastructure and Business Intelligence. He has worked in all functions of product development including product management, market positioning and strategy.

Vibhav holds a B.E. degree in Electronics & Communications from the National Institute of Engineering, University Of Mysore, India. He also was directly provided the opportunity to work towards his Ph.D degree in Computer Science in IIT Delhi.
